VSTEP B1, B2, C1 Speaking Part 2: Solution Discussion

- Question:

You are asked to choose a charity to support. Would it be an environmental charity, a children's charity, or a healthcare charity?

- Answer:

Given the choices, I would choose to support a children's charity. My decision stems from the belief that investing in the wellbeing of children can have a significant long-term impact, as they represent the future. Improving their lives today can lead to a healthier and more capable generation tomorrow.

An environmental charity is also an important cause, given the current environmental challenges. However, I believe that educating children about these issues as part of their holistic development could also contribute to this cause indirectly.

As for healthcare charities, while they provide invaluable support for those with health issues, a children's charity can also encompass health-related support, particularly for children who might not have access to adequate healthcare services.

To sum up, by supporting a children's charity, we indirectly contribute to other sectors as well. We're investing not just in children but in our future as a society, which is why I believe it is the most beneficial choice among the options presented.
