how to learn speaking

Hi! i have been learning English for 3 years until now i don't know how to speak also i have problem to understand what others talking about i understand only my teacher . if you have tips i need plzzz.

Watch a movie or TV show every day (no subtitles). In a few years, you'll understand most of it, and with understanding comes a better pronunciation. Good luck (even though luck has nothing to do with it).
