"Big" is special in that, although it's a size adjective, it usually comes before opinion adjectives, as in "big bad wolf." So, even though "luxurious big" is not incorrect, "big luxurious" would be more common.

Following "OpSACOMP" rule, luxurious is the opinion adj, big is the size adj. So "a luxurious big new red Japanese car" is correct
