This sentence "Having completed my 16 hrs duty, my reliever has not come yet" is not correct. Because after "having done" is a clause with the same subject. However, in this sentence having different subjects. "Having completed my 16 hours duty" - I completed it. So the subject is "I". The subject of the next clause is "my reliever" not "I". So, it is not correct.

Following structure: having done, + clause to form a correct sentence if the subject of “having completed and the subject “ my reliever” are the same. In this case the 2 subjects are different. It is incorrect.
