When do we use "Economic" and "Economical"?

When do we use "Economic" and "Economical"? I answered a question in my final English test wrongly. I don't know how to use it. Experts help me!

- When we are talking about the economy of a particular country or region, we use "Economic". It usually used before a noun.

Ex: Japan's economic policies are usually superb.

- When we are talking about something that does not cost much money or that is not expensive to make, buy, or use, or about someone who is careful about spending money, we use "economical"

Ex: It's not an economical method of heating

* Something is economical if it saves you money.

- Economic means “ connected with the trade and industry of a country or with the money that a society has”
Ex: We will solve our country’s economic problems.
The two leaders discussed economic cooperation between their countries.

- Economical means “ using money or time without wasting it”
Ex: We are looking for a more economical way of heating our offices.
