Hello Nivedhana,
Many in INDIA think communication means speaking in English. But that's not true. The true fact is that English is just a medium to communicate.
***** To learn English i will get you a few tips which apply for people who speak English but stammer for words ***
1. Read English newspapers.
2. Watch ENGLISH movies and try to understand what they converse.
3. Never repeat words like (Actually,I mean) which are often repeated.
4. Try to speak with people who are good English speakers.
5. Never have a dilemma whether you are speaking good or wrong.
6. Apart from all these speak with confidence, boldness and courageous voice.
