Both sentences mean effectively the same thing, but I like doing is more common in British English and I like to do is more common in US English. British native speakers perceive a very small difference between the two forms (I like doing, I enjoy the process of doing, I like to do , I enjoy the idea that I will do as well as the process) but this distinction is very marginal and totally unknown in the US. For all intents and purposes you can consider them as regional varaints of the same thing.
