The TOEFL has 4 sections - Reading, Listening, Speaking, and Writing.
For the reading section, you should practice grammar, passage reading.
For the listening section, you should practice listening dialog, question and response, lectures
For the speaking section, you should practice quick response, simple, daily questions. Listen to a dialog and discuss about the dialog.
For the writing section, you should practice from simple, short to hard and complicated essays.
