Working at the "some place": You are working there for a period of time and might not be your profession but it could use your profession. Eg. A med school student working at the zoo. Working in the "some place": You are in the same business where you are working. Eg. You are in the zoo business Working on "some place": You are working to accomplish something. Eg. A business, a project, an affair or a trade, etc.
