So you have to take the test in order to get a job e.g. hotels or travel agencies or some companies which require the test.

What is the difference between TOEIC and TOEFL?

Both are English proficiency Tests. TOEFL is used for University and College
admissions while the Toeic test assess the english ability in workplace.
