A customer is a person who buys products or services at a retail store or establishment, whereas, a client is a person or company who buys products or services in large quantities for their customers. Example: You have a company that offers computers and software. You sell desktop computers to customers and offer windows operating system. Mike, your favorite customer, just bought a nice computer today. Now, a few weeks ago you received a call from one of your clients(organization), they want you to provide them with a new software. You schedule a meeting with your client to discuss the specifications of the new software your client wants. You will be meeting them in 3 days.
