I always do and I'm always doing?

In my final English exam there are some questions about I always do and I'am always doing. I don't know how to use. I confuse it. Please help!

I ALWAYS DO. means A planned action, i give another example to make you understand.If i say I ALWAYS MEET HER AT SHOPPING MALL. MEANS WE HAVE DECIDED TO MEET AT SHOPPING MALL. IF I SAY I AM ALWAYS MEETING HER, MEANS IT IS NOT PANNED BUT SHE AND I OFF AND ON GO TO TO THE SHOPPING MALL AND SEE EACH OTHER.

+ I always do means I do it every time.
- I always go to work by car
+ I am always doing means I do things very often
- Tim is never satisfied. He's always complaining (he complains too much).
