Grade 2 <strong style=\"color:#0084ff\">braille<\/strong> uses contractions, which allows to save space and increase reading speed.\n<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Famous blind people have included Louis <strong style=\"color:#0084ff\">Braille<\/strong>, the inventor of the <strong style=\"color:#0084ff\">braille<\/strong> alphabet, Stevie Wonder, Ray Charles and Helen Keller.\n<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The Library keeps the National Reserve <strong style=\"color:#0084ff\">Braille<\/strong> Collection.\n<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; There are also different <strong style=\"color:#0084ff\">braille<\/strong> codes in use for special purposes, like writing shorthand, mathematics or music.\n<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The six bit <strong style=\"color:#0084ff\">braille<\/strong> code is very limited, it only allows 64 different possible combinations.\n<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; When <strong style=\"color:#0084ff\">braille<\/strong> is adapted to languages which do not use the Latin alphabet, the blocks are generally assigned to the new alphabet according to how it is transliterated into the Latin alphabet, not the alphabetic order of the national script.\n<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>&#8211;
