I would advocate for the regular practice of mindfulness as a primary way to improve mental health. While regular exercise and seeking professional help are important aspects of maintaining and improving mental health, they may not always be immediately accessible or feasible to everyone.

Mindfulness practice, which involves focusing one's awareness on the present moment while calmly acknowledging and accepting one's feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations, can be incorporated into daily life relatively easily. It has been scientifically proven to reduce stress and anxiety, improve attention span, and promote a greater sense of wellbeing.

Regular exercise is an excellent way to improve mental health, but for some, it may be challenging to incorporate into a busy schedule. On the other hand, professional help is absolutely crucial when dealing with serious mental health issues, but it may not be readily accessible to everyone due to reasons such as stigma or financial constraints.

Given these considerations, I believe mindfulness practice offers the most accessible and feasible approach to improving mental health for a broad range of individuals.
